I am super passionate about clean living and have been diving deep into learning more about the ingredients in my daily cleaning and beauty products. My findings have expanded my awareness and I am called to share the resources that have been helpful to me along my wellness journey!

Most people, myself included, assume that the companies we buy our daily products from are considering our health, but this is simply not the case – unfortunately, toxins and carcinogens that are scientifically correlated to major health concerns are legally hidden in consumer products. Why you ask? This is the result of the American government’s lack of regulation. Big corporations, politicians and government agencies are more focused on their own political and monetary interest rather than taking care of the publics health. Fragrance is one alarming ingredient found is many products that is not regulated in the U.S.A. that can negatively impact our health.

The good news is that we live in the technology age with information at our fingertips, and there are so many completely safe and natural products on the market that will leave you feeling healthy and happy inside and out.
